Emma Carmody, Managing Director

18 years’ management experience across different sectors, including banking, retail, telecommunications, and software, has seen Emma work in customer experience operations for several multi-national companies. This gave her the outstanding – and formidable – level of insight needed to launch Xperior in 2017.

Emma works closely with all clients, understanding their unique requirements and helping them to achieve excellence in their customer experience. Alongside her in-house team and extended network of staff, she ensures Xperior delivers high-quality, data-driven results every time.

Anita Gilby, Office Coordinator

Joining the Xperior team as Office Coordinator in July 2019, Anita brings over 30 years’ experience to the Xperior portfolio. Working across both public and private sector companies, her expertise covers customer service, finance, recruitment, and office management, all of which have significant benefits for our clients.

With a total dedication to the team, Anita is responsible for much of the day to day running of Xperior and delivers high-level customer service to every client.
