Emma Carmody, Managing Director

In 2017, Emma founded Xperior, a company specialising in helping businesses deliver consistently excellent customer service.

Prior to founding Xperior, Emma was a partner in a successful mystery shopping company in the North East of England. She has 18 years’ management experience across a number of different sectors, such as banking, retail, telecommunications and software solutions, and has worked in-house within the customer experience function of multi-national companies, giving her a unique level of insight.

Emma is very passionate about customer experience and works very closely with her team to ensure they deliver high-quality standards at all times.

The Team

The HQ team has extensive knowledge and experience across marketing, data analytics, education, training and strategic planning which is a significant benefit to Xperior.
